About this edition

What this is

A shortened public edition of a real client deliverable. It shows how Serge Creator Studios builds a personal brand in a regulated industry, from the business model down to the calendar.

What was taken out

Every financial figure: fees, pricing, targets, forecasts and the return arithmetic. Client specific terms and open questions. What remains is the structure, which is the part worth showing.

  1. The strategy in four calls  ·  what everything else rests on
  2. The business model  ·  one front door, two rooms
  3. Who we aim at  ·  the beachhead
  4. Where the content goes  ·  platform by platform
  5. Eight weeks  ·  the publishing run
  6. The podcast  ·  format and guest
  7. The warm track and the scorecard  ·  where revenue comes from, and how it is measured

One

The strategy in four calls

Four decisions sit underneath the whole plan.

1. Tax is the hook. Protection is the product. Assets are the annuity.

Seven services listed side by side read as a menu, and menus do not convert. Tax content travels furthest and carries the least compliance exposure, but she is not a CPA, so tax is taught rather than sold. Protection is the near term work. Planning and assets compound over decades. Three different jobs, and the content stops treating them as one offer.

2. The money is with the parents, not the athletes.

A college athlete with a first NIL deal is rarely the buyer. The parent usually is, and the parent is watching because the athlete keeps sending the videos. The athlete content stays exactly as it is. What changes is who each call to action is written for.

3. A few right households beat a large following.

In wealth management a relationship runs for decades, so the campaign is judged on qualified household conversations, not on views. That one decision changes what goes in the weekly report.

4. Content alone will not carry the quarter. A warm track will.

Agents, alumni networks and local programs already know her. The content is what makes outreach to them land. It does not replace it, and the plan says so on page one rather than in December.

What this changes about the films

Nothing. All fifteen scripts hold as written and as filmed. Every change is downstream: which platform leads, which call to action goes where, and what gets reported.

Two

The business model

A practice with seven services and no front door starts every conversation from zero. One front door, two rooms behind it.

One front door

Every call to action on every platform, and every direct message reply, points at the same thing: a named, twenty minute diagnostic with a clear promise attached. No products are discussed on the first call, which is a sales structure and a compliance control at the same time.

Near term

Protection

Disability, life and insurance based solutions. The shorter cycle, and the first source of revenue.

Who buys
The parent, usually. The athlete signs.

What comes off the public menu

Tax is the hook. Protection is the product. Assets are the annuity.

Three

Who we aim at

The beachhead

Parents of NIL-earning high school and college basketball players in Southern California, plus her own alumni network from Pepperdine, TCU and Notre Dame.

Why the parent

  • Money and signing authority
  • A real deadline, in April
  • Their own retirement accounts, which is the second door
  • Often a business, which is a third

Reachable without ad spend

  • LinkedIn, where almost no one in wealth management speaks to them
  • Club and AAU programs, in person, in Orange County
  • Instagram, watching what their kid watches
  • Her own network, one message at a time

A parent does not follow a wealth coach. A parent follows the person their kid keeps sending videos of. That is why the athlete audience still matters, just not as the headline number.

Four

Where the content goes

Six platforms, three jobs: reach, search and revenue. Nothing is posted everywhere just because it can be.

What each platform is for
PlatformJob
InstagramHome. Portfolio, proof and conversion, with Stories every day.
LinkedInThe money channel. Parents, agents, athletic directors and business owners.
TikTokSearch. Where a nineteen year old actually looks things up.
YouTubeThe podcast's permanent home, plus Shorts.
ThreadsFree text surface. Hooks and lines repurposed, no extra production.
FacebookA mirror of Instagram. Parents still live here.

X is parked

The handle is secured and mirrors Threads, with no strategy this quarter. The buyer is not there, and quote posts and reply threads make it the hardest of the six to keep compliant.

Rules across all of them

Five

Eight weeks

Thirty six assets across eight weeks. Two real dates drive the sequence: her advisory exam and the start of basketball season.

S0Launch

Story first

  • Film 01
  • Film 02
  • Film 03

A cold audience will not take tax guidance from someone it has not met, so the first three films are her story. Behind them: profile converted, disclosure line applied, funnel and direct message automation live.

01–02Education

Story closes, education opens

  • Films 04 to 07
  • Carousels
  • Story arc
Date marker

Her advisory exam runs as a Story arc: the studying, the morning of, the result. The most human content of the quarter, and it costs nothing to produce.

03–04Protection

Into risk and protection

  • Films 08 to 11
  • Carousels

The NCAA probability film takes the best slot. The disability program film is the one most likely to be forwarded from one parent to another.

05–06Season

Season opens, aim at the adults

  • Film 14, parents
  • Film 13, agents
  • Podcast trailer
  • Pilot episode
Date marker

Basketball season opens and parent attention peaks. The parent film leads on Instagram and LinkedIn, and the agent film opens the agent outreach.

07–08Close

Clip run and family week

  • Podcast clips
  • Top film, recut

Thanksgiving week carries the parent angle, because money conversations happen at the table. The best film of the quarter gets a new hook and goes out again.

RReview

Read it against the plan

Reach, intent and revenue, and what we would do next.

Carousels, by example

Films carry the why and her story. Carousels carry the artifact: the thing somebody saves because they will need it in a specific room on a specific day. Four of the ten:

Six

The podcast

One pilot episode, ten clips and a trailer. A long form interview about the part of an athlete's career nobody films, with money as a through line rather than the subject.

The shape of an episode

The guest

Follower count measures reach. It does not measure whether the audience has money or the authority to act on it. Candidates are scored in this order:

  1. Does their audience contain people with money and signing authority?
  2. Will they say yes inside two weeks and hold the date?
  3. Can they tell a money story on camera?
  4. Will they post the episode to their own channels?
  5. Does anything about them create a compliance problem?

Rules for The Check

Seven

The warm track and the scorecard

This is the part that carries the quarter. The content is the proof. The outreach is the campaign.

Four lists, worked across the eight weeks
ListThe move
AgentsAlready offering referralsThe agent film on LinkedIn, then a personal message to each, with the podcast as the credibility asset. Ask for one introduction, not a list.
AlumniThree universities, plus an international pipelineOne personal message each, with her story film attached. Not a pitch.
ProgramsAAU and club directors in Orange CountyA free parent education session. Education rather than a sale, and one evening puts her in a room full of parents.
Local householdsThe side of the practice outside sportLinkedIn connections, warmed by her long form posts rather than a cold note.

The lists are hers to supply and to send from, because a message from an agency reads like one. Serge Creator Studios owns the structure: the lists live in the CRM, the templates are drafted, the follow up is scheduled, and the results sit in the weekly report.

What we measure

The weekly report, in order of how much it matters
LevelMeasuresWhat it tells us
ReachLeadingViews, follower change, watch throughWhether the hooks work. Fixable within days.
IntentMid funnelSaves, shares, profile visits, link clicks, keyword commentsWhether the content moves anyone.
RevenueThe actual numberCalls booked and held, qualified households, applications, assets committedThe return. Everything above exists to produce this row.

Two things that do not move

She tells her story and explains mechanics that are publicly verifiable. She never recommends a product and never promises an outcome. Every figure on screen carries its source, and no figure appears that is not on the verified list.
